4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and can be influenced by customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested before the order has been processed.

6. Liability

Andrew and Jane London is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once a package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address during checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
