Return Policy

At Andrew and Jane London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you wish to return an item, this page explains our return process clearly and transparently.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by contacting us at info@andrewjanelondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or international shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
    If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address, this is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
